Reservation Confirmation is required a deposit payment, that implies Your Reservation Holding.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PENALTIES):
- All Cancellations must be written by email.
- Cancelation of Reservations made 28 days prior to expected arrival of client, no penalties shall be charged.
- Cancelation of Reservation made less than 28 days and/or more than 21 days prior to expected arrival of client, is subject to a payment penalty of 30% of the total amount of the arrangement, and deducted from the advance payment.
- Cancelation of Reservation made less than 21 days and/or more than 14 days prior to expected arrival of client, is subject to a payment penalty of 50% of the total amount of the arrangement, and deducted from the advance payment.
- Cancelation of Reservation made within 14 days and/or more than 7 days prior to expected arrival of client, is subject to a payment penalty of 70% of the total amount of the arrangement, and deducted from the advance payment.
- Cancelation of Reservation made 7 days and/or less prior to expected arrival of client, is subject to a payment penalty of 100% of the total amount of the arrangement, and deducted from the advance payment.
- Reservations made 7 days and/or less in regard to the date of the expected arrival of client, a notification on cancellation within 24 hours is required. Failing to do so, the tour operator Montenegro Voyage will charge 100% of the total amount of the arrangement and the appropriate tax, which will be deducted from the advance deposit paid or by charging client credit card.
Notice: In the event of any disputed relationship between the two sides, the travel agency and the client, then it is about having to apply these conditions of reservations cancellations, which in any case have a priority, and shall prevail over all other legal issues and communication between the two parties, the travel agency and the client.
