Itinerary:
Day 1.
Direct flight to Dubrovnik, where you will be met on arrival by your guide
Transfer to Cavtat
Check-IN our hotel in Cavtat
Our Itinerary is taking us to a boat-cruise to Dubrovnik, for a walking tour and sightseeing through old town Dubrovnik.
The walk is taking us along the old streets surrounded by aged stone houses towards the serpentine climb at the Fort Imperial. Upon arrival at Fort Imperial, take in the magnificent views over Dubrovnik and the surrounding area.
The adventure continues with a cable car ride which offers spectacular views of the old town, the beautiful coastline, and stunning sunsets, than according to the schedule of taxi-boat we have the transfer back to Cavtat for overnight in our accommodation location.
Day 2. Walking tour of the charming paths and villages of the area of Konavle
Easy or Demanding, clients can choose.
Beginning from your accommodation in the medieval town of Cavtat, we follow a walking path that goes through villages, above shore cliffs, through forest and vineyards to the villages of Močići, Čilipi or Radovčići... this path can go up to 15 km.
We will visit the local household / konoba, where we will have a late lunch, with taste of local vine and liquor ☺
Transfer back to Cavtat in our accommodation location.
Day 3. Cycling tour
from Čilipi to Gruda through Konavosko polje (demanding)
from Gruda to Ljuta (moderate),
Depart from Cavtat by bicycle and after a brief ride stop for a visit in Čilipi. Locals like to say that this village is like Rome, spread out over seven hills. Ancient Encheleas, once inhabited by Ilyrians and Greeks, is now dominated by the church of St. Nicholas. Here you can visit the local museum with its display of beautiful Konavle national costumes.
Continue via Gruda to the village of Ljuta. Due to an abundance of water numerous watermills have been built near the river in this area, some dating back to the 15th Century. Through the shade of laurie trees our tour continues towards an isolated beach in Pasjaca where you can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear sea.
At a locals / konoba we have the lunch with the taste of local vine and liquor, in the original households surroundings ☺
On the return journey to Cavtat in the afternoon there will be a brief stop in Popovići. Here you can take some photos of the stunning surroundings or visit the Kojan riding centre, than return to Cavtat in our accommodation location.
Total distance of biking 30 km.
Day 4. Montenegro - Sea kayaking in Boka-Bay
This trip takes in Rose, the submarine tunnels and Dobrec beach,
Rose is a small Mediterranean fishing village with houses lined up on the front of the quay well protected from the winds. Dobrec is one of only 2 EU blue flag beaches in the Boka and is accessible only by sea.
Distance 8 km (Beginner to Advanced),
Lunch at the local fisherman family, for lunch we will be served the specialty of wild sea fish with fish-chowder and sea food ☺
Transfer back to the shore to our accommodation location.
Diner can be planed in National restaurant.
Day 5. Hiking in National park Lovćen,
We have transfer to Njeguši village, the birthplace of the last ruler of MNE from the time of Petrović dynasty...
The Njeguši Area is unique by the climatic atmosphere made by meeting of two climate, the Mediterranean from south and Continental from North, that event is making this area the natural Air SPA, the perfect area for smokehouses of prosciutto & cheese. We will visit one of the biggest households and tasting their domestic products...
For lunch we have the organic products from Njeguši, which will bee served in the nature, under the sophisticated natural surroundings, with the musical presentation of the local instrument gusle or flute ☺
We go hiking to the most beautiful panorama view over the Bay of Tivat, Kotor & Herceg Novi, the path will lead us further to the mausoleum of Njegoš on the top of Lovćen mont. We will enjoy the splendid panorama view over the mountains massifs of Montenegro, even if the light is good it is possible to se the Italian coast...
Transfer back to the shore to our accommodation location.
Diner can be planed in National restaurant.
Day 6. National park Skadar Lake
We start the day with the visit of Rijeka Crnojevića, which will take us to the hiking path to lead us for visit the first printing house in Balkan and southeastern Europe, also the first state press in the world, which facility operated between 1493 and 1496 in Cetinje...
On the River bank, we will be served the Lunch: carp fish-chowder, with fish specialty prepared on a typical way, served with potatoes, season salad and a glass of homemade white wine ☺
After lunch we have the boat-cruising photo-trekking through the first zone in National park for enjoying the beautiful surroundings until we reach our next destination for visit, the Žabljak Crnojevića - the capital of medieval state Zeta, where we will enjoy the sunset :)
Transfer back to the hotel,
(During the day, the stories told by our local guide will approach us to the historical and cultural movements in the area)
Diner can be planed in National restaurant.
Day 7.
free time at the beach - Transfer to the Airport for our flight back at home.
